Returns & Exchanges

At Viking Warrior, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your conquest. If your armor doesn't fit or meet your standards, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with the tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 2.
  Authorize the Return

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to print your prepaid shipping label and return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Spoil

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
